Sally K. Hill

Sally has over 18 years of experience in the mortgage industry and financial industry. She has specialized in government loan programs including FHA, VA, and Rural Development. She is a current member of the Independent Board of Realtors (and a past board member), a current member of the IBA (Independent Brokers Assoc.) board and a member of OAMB and NAMB. Sally has also taught a continuing education class for the Dayton Board of Realtors.

Her background includes origination, processing, managing a branch office for a mortgage broker, supervising and training originators and processors, as well as an account executive for a large wholesale lender for 3 yrs teaching FHA, VA and Rural Development to broker offices in the state of Ohio. Prior to working with mortgage loans, she was a Financial Aid Officer for 7 years assisting students with government grants and student loans.

She has always had a strong emphasis on customer service and a training commitment to better equip individuals in the mortgage and real estate industry to be able to do their best in assisting customers seeking homeownership.
